Every Festival has its own significance

India - a land of varied cultures and religions is endowed with a large number of festivals celebrated all over the country. Each of the Indian state and region in particular has its own festivals and with unique ways of celebrating them.

Each day there is one or the other festivals being performed in one or the other region of India. Most of the festivals are the popular events or birthday of legends. Some of the festivals inaugurate the seasons of the year or mark the end of the ongoing festivities.
